Lakeshia P. Ruffin is an analytical leader who uses knowledge-based solutions and technology to create harmony and balance between people and their businesses. With over 18 years of Human Resources/Administrative experience in public and private sectors, Lakeshia brings a powerful blend of strategy, systematic thinking and tactical actions that will give her clients a comprehensive edge with their transactions, contracts and other administrative tasks.

Lakeshia has provided HR and Operations Solutions at the corporate level as a Human Resources Administrator, Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist and Manager which translates into the skills necessary to enhance the client’s experience and/or manage the priorities that strengthen the client’s business. Her ability to marry policies and processes lends itself to the flexibility required to guide the various administrative tasks that improve the company’s bottom line while exceeding the client’s expectations.
